Tele2 provides its employees with a safe and secure working environment, where they can perform their tasks and develop their skills and competencies. Tele2 also supports its employees in achieving a healthy work-life balance and coping with stress and challenges.
Examples of measures that Tele2 implements to achieve this:
- Comprehensive security governance documents and a Code of Conduct, that defines the roles and responsibilities of employees and managers, and the expected behaviors and standards.
- Providing employees with regular training and guidance on security topics, such as cyber security, physical security, fraud awareness, social engineering, information security and crisis management.
- Equipping employees with the necessary tools and devices to work securely and productively, both in the office and remotely.
- Ensuring that employees have access to support and assistance services, such as health and wellness programs, counseling, and emergency response.
- Encouraging employees to report any security incidents or concerns, and providing them with a confidential and anonymous whistleblowing channel.
