Change in the number of shares and votes in Tele2
The change refers to an issue of 183,441,585 class B shares in November pursuant to a resolution by the extraordinary general meeting held on September 21, 2018 in order to, in connection with the completion of the merger with Com Hem Holding AB (publ) (“Com Hem”), effect the non-cash merger consideration to the Com Hem shareholders.
As of November 30, 2018, the total number of shares in Tele2 amounts to 690,341,597 of which 22,647,692 are class A shares with ten votes each, 665,794,905 are class B shares with one vote each and 1,899,000 are class C shares with one vote each. The total number of votes in the Company amounts to 894,170,825. The total number of votes in the Company excluding 1,796,240 class B shares and 1,899,000 class C shares held in treasury amounts to 890,475,585.

November 5, 2018, Tele2 successfully merged with the Com Hem Group, a leading supplier of broadband, TV, play and telephony services in Sweden with 1.45 million customers. In 2017, the Com Hem Group generated revenue of SEK 7.1 billion. The combined company will publish its first consolidated interim report in February 2019.
