TELE2 GETS CLEARANCE FROM SPANISH COMPETITION AUTHORITIES FOR THE ACQUISITION OF COMUNITEL
Stockholm – Tele2 AB, (“Tele2”), (Stockholmsbörsen: TEL2A and TEL2B), the leading alternative pan-European telecommunications company, today announced that the Spanish anti-trust authorities have approved the acquisition of Comunitel by Tele2.
Tele2 is pleased with this announcement and expects to close the acquisition, announced on July 14, by October 1, 2005.
