Matilda Bäremo

B2B trainee

Matilda holds a Master's degree in International Business and Management from Uppsala University. During her studies, she spent a year abroad and studied at the University of Colorado Boulder, USA. 

What will you be doing as a trainee at Tele2?

As a B2B trainee I will follow our EVP B2B and support the B2B management team. At the moment the focus is on onboarding and learning the ropes, but eventually I will be involved in various projects across the organization. 

What attracted you to apply to Tele2?

At Tele2, trainees are highly valued and are given responsibility at an early stage. I liked the opportunity to try out different tasks before deciding on a role. Many former trainees are still working at Tele2 today with interesting positions and career paths. For me, the programme lives up to my expectations and you get the responsibility you were promised.

I value being reliable in both my professional and personal life. For me, this means taking responsibility for your tasks and keeping your promises to your colleagues.

What are you most looking forward to this year?

To be challenged and learn as much as possible. I have already been given concrete tasks and the trust to complete them, and support along the way.

What are your plans for the future?

In the future I would like to have a management role and work with strategy. Above all, I want my work to be fun and always challenging.
