Hanna Ledin

CFO trainee

Hanna holds a Master’s degree in Financial Mathematics from KTH, where she studied Industrial Engineering and Management. During her studies, she completed an exchange semester in Singapore and gained experience working at Fastighetsbyrån, and Carnegie.

What will you do as a trainee at Tele2?

As a CFO trainee, I will support CFO Charlotte Hansson and the Finance Leadership Team, and collaborate closely with Stefan Billing, our Head of Investor Relations. I started just before the Q2 report was released, which provided me with a comprehensive understanding of the reporting process from preparation to finalization. 

Why did you apply to Tele2?

The CFO trainee role stood out to me because it offers a unique opportunity to take on substantial responsibility from day one, all within the fast-paced and dynamic environment of a telecom company. The chance to be directly involved in key financial activities was both appealing and exciting.

Collaborative. It’s motivating to work together towards common goals, and this value is deeply embedded in the company culture. Everyone is supportive and problem-solving is a team effort, as seen in the quarterly reporting process, which involves multiple departments working effectively together.

What are you most excited about this year?

Learning from my knowledgeable and talented colleagues will be a key focus. Right from the beginning, I’ve had the opportunity to be involved in significant decisions and see the impact of our work. I look forward to gaining a greater overview and understanding once I have been here for a while.

What are your plans for the future?

I don't have a specific role in mind at the moment, I want to explore different opportunities throughout the year and see what interests me most. I am open to new challenges and want to gain as much knowledge as possible.
