What will you be doing as a trainee at Tele2?
I will be working closely with the CEO and the Group Leadership Team. This will give me a broad insight into the organization and how the business model works. My role will primarily involve supporting the Group Leadership Team, while also collaborating with the Board, providing me with valuable insights into our strategy.
What made you want to join Tele2?
Tele2 has a strong history of innovation and challenging the status quo, which is embedded in the company culture. There is a dare-to-try mentality and a willingness constantly evolve. I have also received positive feedback from previous Tele2 trainees, and my high expectations have been exceeded.
Which of our values Reliable, Insight-driven and Collaborative do you like best, and why?
All the values are important, but if I had to highlight one, I would say ‘Collaborative’. In a short time, I have noticed how welcoming and helpful everyone is. There is a strong sense of community where everyone is passionate about their work and are working towards the same goals.
What are you looking forward to this year?
Getting a broad understanding of the organization and taking advantage of the great opportunity to learn as much as I can. It will be exciting to be challenged in new areas. I also hope to contribute with new perspectives.
What are your plans for the future?
I would like to work in an area that contributes to positive change in society, such as sustainability. In 10-15 years’ time, I think it will no longer be feasible to operate a business without adhering to sustainable practices. It will be imperative for all businesses to operate in a sustainable way, both environmentally and socially.
