Adam Karboub

B2B Trainee

Adam was born in the US, and he has a Swedish and Mexican family. Adam has lived in many different countries and took his bachelor's degree in Business Management in England, and a master's degree in Digital Business at Jönköping University. During his studies, he has worked in parallel at a marketing company in London and at various start-ups in Stockholm with sales.

What will you do as a trainee at Tele2?

I will work closely with Stefan Trampus, EVP B2B, and be involved in many exciting projects in B2B. Among other things, arrange our B2B all hands, prepare our management team meetings and meet our customers. It is a fantastic opportunity to learn from managers at the highest level of the business in the beginning of your career.​​​​​

Collaborative. You cannot exactly run a business without help.  By collaborating, we learn to see things from another perspective. Working with the other departments is essential to keep innovating in an industry as fast paced as the telecom industry.

If I meet you by the coffee machine, what would be subject to chit-chat about?

Sports! I love basketball, football and am an F1 fan. I am also passionate about traveling and visit new countries. My goal is to travel to every country in Europe.

What are you most looking forward to during the year?

I look forward to absorbing as much knowledge as I can. The trainee program provides a great start into the working life. Being able to jump directly into important partner meetings, customer meetings and strategy meetings is so valuable. It will be an exciting year!

What are your future plans?

I am passionate about learning what it takes to be a good leader in the future. My highest dream is to become a leader and in the long run become a member in a management group. I want to further develop myself during this year to one day reach that dream!
