Rewinding to the early days of Tele2 reveals the company's evolution into a robust and reliable technological enabler, with a touch of disruptor DNA.

Elin Ovéus joined Tele2 after graduating nearly a decade ago. She participated in the company's trainee program, which provided a valuable start to her career.

“It was an exciting time. I joined right out of school and had the opportunity to spend a year alongside the executive team, gaining a deep understanding of the company. Since then, I've explored various roles that have fostered my personal development and career growth. That's a key reason I've stayed so long,” she shares.

When asked about employee development at Tele2, Elin confirms its importance.

“Absolutely. Development is practically unavoidable at Tele2. Partly thanks to the fact that technology never stands still - we must develop. Partly by encouraging you to develop in your specialist area or to try out new roles. Personal development is crucial, and Tele2 encourages employees to dive into the deep end if they choose to. This philosophy encapsulates the essence of the company for me.”
